Great VPN with a fantastic user interface

My dedicated IP address is broken, no cause known and no solution yet. My webshop deployments are down, really annoying.

Of course I already contacted support first, but without a solution.

Its easy to work with and best value for your your budget.

A reliable service with reasonably east tweakings as needed. Service when needed is responsive. I have used PIA for many years now - very satisfied. Cost is reasonable. I buy in three year stints.

This product is so easy to use. The Price is great, the service is great, and their practices are the reason I won't go anywhere else.

I’m disappointed that you’ve stopped accepting cryptocurrency payments. As a result, I won’t be making any further purchases.

I also find the pricing rather odd, with amounts ending in unusual figures — £35.88 for 1 year and £58.11 for 3 years. The pricing feels unnecessarily strange and makes the overall experience less appealing.

Hopefully, you’ll reconsider the payment options and make the pricing more straightforward in the future.

This has been my favorite VPN service after trying several when I was first choosing one. Aside from a few hiccups with passwords and settings, customer service was patient and helped me understand how to access the service. I bought multiple years of service and will be renewing when it comes around. It is a sound operation and worth the time and money.

Can't contact anyone nor is there an option to outside of reading through frequently asked questions like why don't you site work monitor my login information you give me. There's plenty that could be said don't use it. I generally don't leave reviews but here I thought I would make the time.

I got immediate service outages after posting certain political comments on social media, and I was able to arbitrarily reproduce this. Had to switch to another vpn provider to resolve. Whether or not you care about my politics or politics in general this means PIA DOES MONITOR AND LOG TRAFFIC. Pia lies when they claim not to monitor or log your traffic.

Like the effectiveness of the app. BUT DON'T like fact that they have no phone customer service. The digital "help" is NOT HELPFUL to a technologically challenged.

Also, when upgrade phone , had to RE-SUBSCRIBE to PIA, paying for ANOTHER YEAR when my ongoing year had NOT RUN OUT!

Maybe one day Google and Bing will wake up and stop autoblocking vpn users as "robots"

We are not robots.
They know we are not robots.

They just want to sell us as a product.

"Do no evil" Google used to say.

I think calling all of your users and robots and making them jump through capcha is pretty evil.

Several years now and not one problem my son is with Telstra and he is always in touch with them and the delay in getting through drives him mad.

PIA is an easy to use VPN service. Always recommend.
