…terization Adds the BetaPoloidalPrimeIBC model to the internal boundary conditions hierarchy: - Parameterizes L-mode edge kinetic profiles by critical beta_poloidal_prime, rho_norm_edge, n_e_edge, and Ti_Te_ratio. - Constrains electron and ion temperatures in the edge IBC zone based on local poloidal beta, linearly interpolating electron density from the edge boundary to the separatrix. - Adds comprehensive unit tests including isolated model evaluations and an end-to-end solver step test verifying consistency with post_processed_outputs.beta_pol_prime. - Updates configuration.rst and physics_models.rst documentation.
